Main responsibilities:
• Participates in the process of recruitment and selection of employees;
• Examines applications from job candidates and prepares initial selection to superiors;
• Preparation of contracts, annexes, decisions and decisions / applications and dismissals of employees, administrative work of the Department and Arranging the documentation and files of employees and their archiving;
• Following the legal regulations necessary for the operation of the company;
• Communication with employees in order to resolve possible disputes over their employment status;
• Preparation and realization of correspondence in the field of Human Resources;
• Preparation of the necessary documentation for registration of a foreigner in employment with the ESA;
• Proposing plans and procedures in the field of human resources in accordance with the standards of the Company;
• Supports the current and future business needs of the Company through development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees;
• Creates plans and proposals for trainings;
• Participate in disciplinary proceedings against employees who do not comply with work obligations;
• Participates in the preparation and implementation of annual evaluations and tests of employees and evaluation of the results of the work of the employees in the company;
• Proposes a model for salaries and other measures for rewarding the employees of the Company;
• Prepares job vacancies;
• Participates in the preparation of calculations of salaries, vacations, absences and other reports in the field of human resources;
• Participates in the preparation of the Annual Employment Plan;• Performs other activities at the request of superiors;


Required qualifications:
• Completed higher education and university degree;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of human resource management;
candidates with experience in the field in a construction company have an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Compliance with legal and internal regulations and compliance with deadlines;
• Ability for teamwork;
• Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills;
