HR (Human Resources Manager)

Education: Diploma

Qualifications of the candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Priority will be given to candidates who have experience in Managing Human resources in a Construction company
  • University Degree (Human Resources, Management, Legal, Economics …)
  • Driving license “B”;
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills;
  • Systematized approach, organization and self-initiation;
  • Priority will be given to candidates who have knowledge of the Office 365 platform;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge in English, Albanian and Macedonian
  • Flexible and solution-oriented

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Department of Human Resources;
  • Development of a strategy for human resource management within the enterprise;
  • Provide the necessary staff, process the admission requirements of a new staff, coordinate the recruitment process, focus on selecting and regulating the employees, budgeting new employment
  • Takes part in resolving conflicts and misunderstandings, manages the poor working atmosphere, as the first “off-sector” instance;
  • Creates a training plan, developed strategies for knowledge management, gives opinions on training proposals, and evaluates the effect of the training;
  • Evaluate the work and/or potential of the employees;
  • Creates employee development plans at enterprise level and participates in career development planning of key personnel;
  • Carry out an annual assessment, a survey of job satisfaction in EUROVIA and potential fluctuations;
  • Participates in the creation of corporate culture and proposes measures to be taken;
  • Prepares administrative documentation from legal rights and obligations from the employment relationship;
  • Takes care of the information and information about employees as confidential and protects privacy;
  • Control the implementation of all plans, decisions, procedures and measures in the field of human resources;
  • Produces reports in the field of human resources;
  • Monitor changes in legislation in the field of labor relations;
  • Participation in the business planning process and development of the annual budget of human resources;
  • Report to the Executive Director;
